Defective Bottle; Stanley = No Warranty December 25, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this Stanley food jar in order to bring hot soup to work. As recommended, I conditioned it daily with hot water prior to filling it with soup, but in less than one week it would no longer keep the soup hot longer than one hour. I emailed Stanley regarding their "Lifetime Warranty" - I received an automated response stating they would get back with me. I've waited two weeks, still no response. Returning the bottle to Amazon makes no sense considering postage and Amazon's restocking fee. Bottom line: This bottle proved to be junk, and Stanley's "Lifetime Warranty" is worthless.
Fantastic December 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Stanley Classic vacuum food jar is the greatest food container I couldn't believe how hot the food was it far better then any thing I ever had to keep food warm. I'm very pleased with it and would recommend it for anyone who wants warm and hot food.
Great for going green December 20, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This jar was another step on my path to take my lunch without plastic bags or containers. It's a great size and keeps things hot or cold just fine -- and the color reminds me I'm "going green."
Bomb thermos!! December 20, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I hate eating cold - this thermos has been the solution. I take either left overs or soup for lunch almost everyday and 7 hours later it's still super hot, sometimes boiling. LOVE IT!!! Money saver too.
Of all places December 17, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I returned this product when I saw it was made in China. Give me a break.
