Leaks all over the place January 8, 2009 I even bought two additional lids thinking maybe the one that came with my mug was bad. All three lids are too loose, leaks hot coffee all over.
Great (But small) January 8, 2009 It's really hard to beat the ergonomics of the standard paper cup with the plastic 'sippy' lid.
Most travel mugs are cumbersome, and have lids that require manipulation and completely dismantling to properly clean.
The "I Am Not A Paper Cup" is really a great travel mug. It feels good in the hand, looks great on the desk, and is really easy to clean.
Only drawback? It's SMALL! The cup itself, not so much, but the interior volume is actually SMALLER than the typically small paper coffee paper cup.
Alas, this will not be my commuter mug. Perhaps it'll be my 'take a cup of coffee into the living room' mug but it just isn't big enough to get me to work.
Cool product, sometimes leaks January 7, 2009 Hi, I bought this for myself with an amazon gift certificate. It's a bit pricey, but everyone at my work thought it was really cool. When I first used it, the lid leaked. I think you can't fill the cup up too high or else it will leak. Otherwise, great product! The double layered ceramic keeps my coffee warm for much longer, and I love the environmentally friendly concept.
the perfect travel mug January 6, 2009 This such a satisfying product -- so cool, simple and elegant. Easy in the hand, microwavable (finally, a microwaveable travel mug!)Its plain white invites thoughts of decorating. Love it! I want another one for my tea!
Not worth the hype January 6, 2009 Undoubtedly, this cup is a beauty. It looks great and feels even better in the hand. But the lid situation others write of is real and ruins the experience. I've spent the entire last week testing different 'ways' of putting the lid on, and no matter what I do, half the time the lid will leak or dribble. Your pristine white mug sits on your desk, streaked down the sides with coffee stains. Your coffee holder in your car begins to fill up with coffee, one drip at a time.
Sorry, but I want to love this cup, and I'm frustrated that the lid is so poorly designed (re function, not aesthetics).
